All items are fully checked before posting to ensure that they leave me undamaged and that they are of the highest quality. However, in the unlikely event you are not satisfied with your purchase or it has unfortunately arrived damaged please contact us within 28 days and we can look at how we can resolve this and arrange returns if necessary. Please also remember as a customer it is your responsibilty to check the item fully upon arrival for any cracks or damages so again we can resolve any issues within the 28 day period.

Collections are monday-friday only; between the times of 9:15am-5:30pm
Once items are finished if you have selected local pick up I will contact you to arrange a time and date that is good for both of us. If these times are not suitable for you due to work hours etc, please opt for postage when at the checkout.
